Their old website was hindering the user experience and compromising the effectiveness of the brand online. Navigation was confusing, with distracting visual elements and a disorganized structure that makes it difficult to access essential information. Excessive animations and inconsistent calls to action create a fragmented experience, driving users away and decreasing conversion opportunities.
In addition, the structure of the content is not optimized to guide the user in an intuitive way, which generates a feeling of clutter and lack of professionalism.
Given these problems and some security issues within their old platform, it is clear that the website requires a complete overhaul. Only with a new site, designed with a strategic focus on usability, structure and SEO, will it be possible to offer a smooth and coherent user experience that reflects the true value of the brand and maximizes its potential in the digital environment.
For this multi-business firm, I developed a role of digital designer and web developer, where I worked hand in hand with the brand director David Andrés, I was in charge of designing a more traditional funnel since they wanted to demonstrate an established professional image.
The biggest challenge was undoubtedly to implement the brand manual in the most optimal way possible, and to leave clear guidelines so that their systems manager could maintain the site properly.
